High and low water mist systems

Description

A water mist system is a fire protection system using very fine water sprays. The very small water droplets allow the water mist to control or extinguish fires by cooling of the flame and fire plume, displacing oxygen by evaporation, and weakening radiant heat. The effectiveness of a water mist system in fire suppression depends on its spray characteristics, which include the droplet size distribution, flux density and spray dynamics, with respect to the fire scenario, such as the shielding of the fuel, fire size and ventilation conditions. SAS water mist fire suppression systems are pre-packaged units that include a skid mounted water tank and booster nitrogen cylinders. Our customized systems extinguishes the fire by both reducing the oxygen level in the room and cooling the fire below ignition.
